The park-like grounds with their old trees and a pond are the definition of a place of longing. At its centre is the manor house from the early 20th century, which has been extended with a modern glass annex and a bathhouse and guest house. Light and luminaires connect the old and new buildings, the main house with the outbuildings.

The stately home in the Lüneburg Heath was lovingly renovated over more than two years and a modern glass cube was added.
